Lietzke, Linda M. (13 July 1953 - 11 Dec. 2006)

Linda M. Lietzke, 53, of 730 12th St. N., Wisconsin Rapids, died Mon., Dec. 11, 2006, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Fri. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in the town of Sigel. The Rev. Jude Ndugbu will officiate. Burial will be at a later date.

Linda was born July 13, 1953, in Marshfield to Gordon and Loretta (Jozwiak) Schwantes. Her marriages to Michael Linzmeier and Douglas Lietzke ended in divorce.

She was employed as a receptionist and admitting clerk at Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids for 16 years.

Linda had a cat named "Kitty" whom she loved very much. He was great company for her. She liked reading books, visiting with her friends, going to rummage sales and cooking.

Survivors include two daughters, Julie (Matt) Bowen, who is serving our country in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Kunsan, South Korea, and Lori Linzmeier of Wisconsin Rapids; one grandson, Codie Bowen of Wisconsin Rapids; and two sisters, Mary (Les) Saylor and Dorothy (Marlo) Thompson, both of Wisconsin Rapids.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at Taylor, Vollert and Jennings Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thur..
