Abramowicz, Mary (1884 – 27 FEB 1955) 

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Stanislaus’ Catholic Church at Lublin for Mrs. Alex Abramowicz, 71, who died at her home in Bellinger (Taylor Co., Wis.) at 6:10 p.m. Sunday.  The Rev. Eugene Knopka officiated and burial took place in the parish cemetery. 

Mrs. Abramowicz, formerly Mary Klaceck, was born in 1884 in Czechoslovakia, where she received her education and was married to Paul Victorey in 1904.  Mr. Victorey’s death occurred in 1917 in Pennsylvania.  The couple had come to America in 1905. 

Her second marriage to Alex Abramowicz took place in 1917.  They came to their present address in 1919. 

Mrs. Abramowicz was a member of the Holy Rosary Society of St. Stanislaus’ Church. 

She is survived by her husband; eight sons, Paul Victorey, address unknown; Mike and John Victorey, Cudahy; George Victorey, Gilman; Andrew Victorey, Kenosha; Walter Abramowicz, Lublin; Sylvester Abramowicz, Stanley, and Edmund Abramowicz, Thorp; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Vnuk, Cudahy; Mrs. Frank Nelson, Chicago; Mrs. Frank Frankewicz, Withee; and Mrs. Joseph Helenka, Lublin; two sisters in Czechoslovakia; and 26 grandchildren.
