Brockman, Bradley (April 12, 1937 - August 13, 2010)
Bradley Brockman, 73, Medford, died Friday, Aug. 13 at Deerview Meadows, where he had resided the past two weeks.
A memorial service was held Tuesday, Aug. 17 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger officiating. Cremainal inurnment will take place in St. Joachim's Catholic Cemetery in Pittsville.
Bradley Brockman was born April 12, 1937 in the Town of Hansen, Wood County, to the late Leonard and Bernice M. (Peart) Brockman. He attended Pittsville area schools. He worked at Black River Industries in Medford for about 35 years.
He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and was a participant in the Special Olympics where he earned many bowling trophies. He enjoyed biking, bowling, golfing, his friends, and spending time with his family at the cottage.
Survivors include two sisters, Lois (John) Kastern of Marshfield and Elaine (John) Hahner of Wisconsin Rapids; two brothers, William (Susan) of Hayward and Jonathan (Kim) of Deerfield, Ill.; sister-in-law, Emma Brockman of Eau Claire; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Father Vaughn and Myron.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to his family to be designated at a later date.
