Buehler, Bryan D. (August 5, 1958 - September 19, 2010)

Bryan D. Buehler, 52, Medford, was pronounced dead Sunday, Sept. 19 at his home.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 23 at 7 p.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joe Stefancin officiating. Burial will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Medford. Pallbearers will be Mike Strama, Bob Lange, Byron Peche, Jeff Brost and Russel and Jeff Nyberg.


Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
Hemer Funeral Home of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.


Bryan Buehler was born August 5, 1958 in Medford to Mark Norbert and Delores Jean (Niebauer) Buehler. He attended Holy Rosary School in Medford, Medford public schools and was a graduate of Medford High School. After his education, he worked at Marathon Cheese and Tombstone Pizza in Medford for periods of time.


In 1977 he married Debra Poplawski and they later divorced.

On January 27, 1990 in Spirit, he married Nicole Nyberg, who survives. For the past 20 years he has owned and operated Bryan Buehler Construction, working in the Medford area.


He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He enjoyed motor sports, Nascar, snowmobiling, hunting and spending time with his family.


In addition to his wife, survivors include his parents, Mark Buehler of Medford and Delores Buehler of Lockhart, Texas; six children, David (Kathryn) and Amber (Mike) Jones, both of Rhode Island, Derek and Cole, both of Medford, and Brooke and Ryan, both at home in Medford; a brother, Randy of Oneida; two sisters, Wendy Van Dyke of Kimberly and Cindy (Mike) Sanders of Darboy; grandmother-in-law, Eveline Nyberg of Spirit; and three grandchildren.


In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the family for future designation.
