At home in Chicago, Illinois are Mr. and Mrs. James Heidewald who were married Saturday, September 30 at St. Anthony‘s Catholic Church. The church choir sang and Father N. E. King officiated at the double ring ceremony which united the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Welsh and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Heidewald, Crivitz

The former Judy Frances Welsh chose a floor length wedding gown over taffeta and net with a full hoop skirt. The bodice featured a scalloped neckline trimmed with sequins and pearls and the long lace sleeves extended over the wrist. A crown of sequins and pearls held her handrolled fingertip veil and she carried a white orchid with white carnations in a colonial arrangement.

Maid of honor was Jeanette Elsinger whose frock was of shrimp chiffon over taffeta in a street length. She held a colonial bouquet of carnations to match her dress and a jeweled crown with net completed her attire.

James Fred Heidewald of Chicago had the bride’s brother, James Welsh, to be his best man and ushers were Donald Heidewald of Crivitz and Richard Neubauer of Anoka, Minnesota.

Dinner and supper were served in the church dining hall and a reception was given in Braun’s Bowling Alley.

The bride who is a graduate of Loyal High School is employed at Drovers National Bank in Chicago and her husband who is a bus driver for CTA Chicago, Northern Minnesota and Canada was graduated from Crivitz High School. A honeymoon was spent in northern Minnesota and Canada.
