Anna Gardner is helping Mrs. Ara Lee with her house work the past week.

Elmer Dennis went to Eau Claire last Friday and spent the day with his wife at the hospital.  Roy Wright is working for Frank Jahr this week.

Clarence Salisbury took a sleigh load of merry makers to the R.N.A. basket social at Chili Saturday eve.

Dale Lee had a stone hauling bee last Wednesday.

Lou Smith loaded a car load of hay at Harris Spur last week.

Florence Converse is helping Mrs. Herman Schoengarth with here household duties this week.

Glen Johnson has been sitting up nights the past week, but not with his best girl, worse luck, it is a felon.

Mrs. Ed Soles visited Mrs. Leo Chapel Wednesday.

Oscar Jahr hauled hay to Granton Monday.

Mrs. Amelia Converse had an attack of the grippe this week.

Harold Hiles is visiting old friends in the neighborhood.

Mr. and Mrs. Free Converse received a fine mess of fresh trout from their son Clayton to Oregon.  They came by Parcel Post and arrived in fine condition four days after they were caught and cooked on the coast.

The McHowe Bros. report busy times at their saw mill as every one is taking advantage of the sleighing to get out their logs.

Hugh Converse helped Lou Smith haul hay Friday and Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. L. Jensen, Floyd and Mrs. Shepperd attended the services in the Happe School House Sunday.
