Mrs. Gisela Bugar
, 91, of Route 1, Loyal, Town of Sherman, Clark County, died Sunday morning, April 10, 1983, at her home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Bugar were at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 13, 1983, at St. Anthony's catholic Church, Loyal. Officiating was Rev. James Logan. Burial was in the parish cemetery.

A Parish Council of Catholic Women Rosary was held at 3:15 p.m., a Prayer Service at 8 p.m., and a Knights of Columbus Rosary at 8:30 p.m., Tuesday.

Serving as pallbearers were grandsons, Edward and Richard McGuire, Gerald, Thomas, Scott and Paul J. Bugar, Jr. Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal, handled arrangements.

Gisela Fitzel was born on May 17, 1891, in Germany. She received her education in Germany.

In Feb. 1907, she and Ignatius Bugar were married in Germany. They came to the U.S. in 1914, and settled in Chicago. They later moved to Colby, where they farmed until 1926, when they moved to Loyal. They farmed there until 1948. She had been living with her son, Donald, since the death of her husband in 1971.

She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and its Altar Society.

Surviving her are one daughter, Mrs. Donald (Helen) McGuire of Milwaukee four sons, Robert of Marshfield, Alvin of Eau Claire and Paul and Donald, both of Loyal 29 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death besides her husband were four sons, Ignatius, Raymond, Joseph and Leo.
