Bizjak Sr., August Joseph #3 (08 AUG 1877 – 29 NOV 1947)

Funeral services for August Bizjak, 70, who died in a Marshfield hospital last Saturday, were to be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from the Bizjak home in Willard. The Rev. J.C. Klingeberger was to be in charge of the service, and burial was to be made in the Greenwood cemetery.

A native of Wiebach, Italy, Mr. Bizjak was born August 24, 1877. He was married to Anna Schaschl in Italy in 1903, and a year later the couple came to the United States. They lived in Indianapolis, Ind., for several years, and moved to the home farm near Willard in 1911. Mr. Bizjak was a blacksmith.

Surviving are the widow; three sons, August, Jr., and Joseph, at home, and John of Thorp; and three daughters, Mrs. Rose Howard of New York, N.Y., Mrs. Albert (Agnes) Wehrman of Loyal, and Mrs. Norman (Sophie) Reineking of Greenwood. Two brothers, Anton, who lives in Italy, and Joseph, in Chicago, also survive.
