Gallant, Larry Lee (17 SEP 1942 – 29 JULY 1961)

Larry Lee Gallant was born September 17, 1942 in St. John’s Michigan.  He spent his boyhood in Carson City, Michigan and then attended high school there until June of 1959.  At that time he moved with his parents and sister, Linda, to Wisconsin.  He graduated from Greenwood High School with the class of 1960.  At the present he was operating a farm on route 2, Loyal.

Surviving are his parents Mr. and Mrs. Claire Gallant, route 2; a sister, Linda, at home; his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Earl Johnson, St. Louis, Michigan; & aunts and uncles, Charles Johnson, George Johnson, St. Louis, Michigan, Mr. and Mrs. James Johnson, Gleason; Mrs. Walter Sinko, Port Huron, Michigan.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at 1 o’clock at the Missionary Baptist Church in Greenwood with the Rev. Victor W. Gross officiating.  Burial was made in the Greenwood Cemetery.  The body had lain in state at the Hill Funeral Home in Greenwood.
