Don't blame the weather man for this snow storm, but Buffalo Bill. He came to the factory Tuesday morning with sleigh bells on his team, so of course the weather man thought it was time to snow.

Paul Beil is putting up a new silo.

Annie Crowel is helping Mrs. A. Beil with her fall work.

Mildred Angel went to work for Mrs. Ruth Erwin near Granton this week.

The school children are getting up a program for Oct. 31st and will have a basket social afterwards.

Mrs. Alvin Fenske and Mrs. Annie Montag and children went to Menasha to visit Mr. and Mrs. Gus Fenske, and get acquainted with the young son down there. All boys this year. It is a sure sign of war.

Mr. and Mrs. J. Davis drove out to Mr. T.F. Lee's last Thursday.

Mrs. Grace Anderson and daughter visited Mrs. Emma Oatman, while Frank Davis and family visited Mrs. Nettie Hungerford.

Last Sunday Chas Fenske, Dan and Emma Brooks and Bessie Davis autoed to Stevens Point in Charles' car and visited Irma Brooks and other friends.

Lost - between F. Boyd and Fred Hill's place, Wednesday, Sept. 26, a pocket book with a small sum of money. Please notify owner, Mrs. F. Hill, if found.

Mr. and Mrs. Lon Blakeley and son autoed up to Chili Tuesday morning.

Haddon Shafer is having his barn floor cemented.

Mrs. Elsie Tarbox and son Earl are expected Friday from Miles City, Mont.

It is rumored that Mrs. Hungerford has sold her farm. Possession is to be given next spring.

Rev. F.H. Ambrose will preach at Nasonville next Sunday at 3:30.
