Hermanson, Elaine (1922? - 11 JUN 1963)

Mrs. Henry Hermanson, 41, the former Elaine Jakel of Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), died at Brook, Ind., June 11, 1963.

Mrs. Hermanson was born at Curtiss, the daughter of Charles and Anna Jakel. She attended Central State College at Stevens Point and taught in area schools prior to her marriage to Henry Hermanson, also of Curtiss. They lived at Plymouth for a time and then moved to Brook, Ind. Her death occurred after heart surgery.

Surviving her are her husband, a daughter, Julie, 15, and son, Mark, 11, at home, and five brothers and two sisters: Arnold of New Berlin, Carl of Curtiss, Dale and Dennis of Madison, Bob and Mrs. Paul (Lucile) Stiner of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Willis (Beatrice) Duncan of Indianapolis.

Her parents and one brother, Elmer, preceded her in death.

All of the brothers and sisters of the deceased, as well as the brother of Mr. Hermanson of Brook, Ind., and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Laak of Tomah, were together, at the time of the funeral.
