Calway, Mr./Mrs. S.B. (Golden - 28 FEB 1915)
Last Sunday was an auspicious day for Mr. and Mrs. S.B. Calway as at that time
they celebrated their golden anniversary. They were married on Feb. 28, 1865, in
the parish of St. Joseph County of Beauce Province, Quebec, by Rev. Wm. King of
the English Episcopal Church. Their wedding anniversary falling on Sunday this
year, they celebrated the event on Saturday evening. Only the immediate
relatives of Mr. and Mrs. Calway were present, but they all joined in marking
their golden wedding as one of the most pleasant events of a long and happy
married life.
