Miss Elsie Bodendorfer was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital where she likely will have to undergo another operation.

Al Christenson autoed to Loyal Tuesday evening to see his mother, who just returned home from Rochester, Minn., where she has been taking medical treatment since August 10, and returned Tuesday.

Willie Eibergen drove to Marshfield Sunday to call on Elsie Bodendorfer.

Someone was disappointed Thursday of last week while making the 2 o'clock train.

Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Dankemyer autoed to Granton Tuesday on business.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Davis took dinner with A.F. Dankemyer Sunday.

Potato digging is the latest of the day, as they are turning out about two to three hundred bushel to the acre.

John Graham has purchased a new gas engine of H. Degener. Now bring on your buzz wood.

Get your cow bells ready boys, as you may want them soon.

The show, "Ten Nights in a Bar Room" was well attended Monday night of this week.

Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Davis called on Geo. Verkilen one day this week.
