Brown, Rose 'Amanda' #2 (19 JUN 1883 - 15 APR 1963)

Funeral services for Mrs. Albert C. Brown, 79, of Stevens Point, who died April 15, 1963, after a long illness, were held Thursday afternoon from the Dell Moore Funeral Home at Stevens Point and burial was made in the Colby Cemetery.

Mrs. Brown, the former Amanda Rose Banditt, was born in Abbotsford June 19, 1883, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Banditt. On March 2, 1905, she was married to Albert C. Brown in the town of Frankfort.

Her husband started with the Soo Line in 1906 and transferred to Stevens Point in 1910. He retired in 1942 and preceded his wife in death, Feb. 21, 1957.

Her only survivors is a brother, Leo Banditt of Abbotsford and some cousins.

Her parents, two sons, LeRoy and Leo, and one sister, Mrs. Richard Zinke, preceded her in death.

Relatives and friends attended the funeral from Abbotsford, Edgar, the Stevens Point area, and Detroit, Mich.
