Siegienski, Helen (29 DEC 1921 - 2 DEC 1963)

Helen Siegienski, 41, passed away of cancer on Monday, Dec. 2, 1963 at Ancher Hospital, St. Paul, Minn.

Miss Siegienski was born Dec. 29, 1921 at Thorp (Clark Co.), Wis. She graduated from Thorp High School with the class of 1942. She has worked at Sacred Heath Hospital in Eau Claire, Gillette State Hospital for crippled children in St. Paul, and for the past 18 years was employed at Brown and Bigelow, St. Paul.

Funeral services were conducted on Thursday, Dec. 5 at St. Hedwig’s Chapel, and burial was in St. Hedwig’s New Cemetery. Rev. Edward Masalewicz and an uncle of the deceased, Rev. Joseph F. Siegienski of Holy Cross Church in Minneapolis officiated at the ten a.m. service.

Pallbearers were members of the PNA Lodge No. 646, of which she was also a member: Wm. Tobola, Chester Zajack, Stanley Dubicki, Jos. Grabowski, Robert Klick and Stanley Mozgowicz

Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Garfield Siegienski, three brothers, Edward and Joseph of Minneapolis, Anthony of Anchorage, Alaska, three sisters, (Rose) Mrs. Henry Frandrup, Fran and Judy, all of St. Paul, 5 nieces, 2 nephews and also another Uncle Rev. Stanley Siegienski of Holdridge, Neb.

Out of town relatives who attended the funeral were: John A. Siegienski of Fond du Lac, Mr. and Mrs. George Sydejko and daughters, Helen and Mrs. Hank Rosenbaum Jr. of Chippewa Falls, and Mrs. Stella Powsukewicz and son Joseph of Stanley.
