Mr. and Mrs. Sam Muir visited at Wellie Davis’ Sunday.

Fred Hankey has been helping his brother Ernest with his haying.

Mr. and Mrs. Julius Meyers visited at Sherman Davis’ Sunday.

Willie Eibergen, who has been working at Will Reinheimer’s for some time, came home Sunday and will soon leave for North Dakota to take in harvesting.

Will Voelker and family spent Sunday at Anton Hornick’s.

Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Davis, Mr. and Mrs. Wellie Davis, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Christenson spent Sunday evening at Fred Dankemyer’s.

Andrew Ley and son Charley went to Neillsville Wednesday.

August Ley went to Veefkind Sunday to call on his lady friend and to take her for a spin in their new car.

August Dankemyer and family took dinner with Ernest Hankey and family Sunday.

Sherman Davis went to Granton Saturday on business.

Fred Dankemyer expects to leave for North Dakota Monday morning. He will take a crew of men with him to work on threshing rig.

A.F. Dankemyer and John Ure were called out Monday to adjust losses that the storm did in Wood County.
