Pawlak, Frank (1897? - 27 MAR 1963)

Frank Pawlak, 69, of 2814 Illinois Ave., South Gate, Calif., died on March 27th, 1963 at Veterans Hospital, Long Beach, Calif., after an illness of five days. Death was due to a heart attack.

He was a member of the American Legion and South Gate Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Zuzelski-Pawlak of above address; a son, Phil Pawlak, Whittier, Calif.; four brothers, Joseph Pawlak of Thorp; Steve Pawlak of Withee; Michael Pawlak of Illinois; John Pawlak of Los Angeles, Calif., and one sister, Stella Gronek of Wisconsin; and two grandchildren.

Burial took place on March 30 at Calvary Cemetery, Los Angeles, Calif.
