Holewinski, Steve (1900? - 23 FEB 1963)

Steve Holewinski passed away suddenly at his home in Chicago Saturday, Feb 23, 1963 from a heart attack at the age of 62.

He is survived by six daughters, all married and living in Chicago, also one brother John of Thorp and four sisters, Mrs. John (Pearl) Burzynski, Mrs. John (Anna) O’Konski, Josephine Tomaczek and Mrs. John (Rose) Ockowski, all of Chicago. The body was brought to Plombon Funeral Home by the Zidek Funeral director of Chicago Wednesday noon.

Funeral services were held Thursday morning at St. Mary’s Czestochowa Catholic Church, Junction, with Father Andrew Karablis officiating. Burial was made in the parish cemetery. The pallbearers were John Holewinski Jr., Francis Derks, Virgil Konwinski, Francis Koepl, Edward Janicki and George Jankoski.
