Siudak, Patricia (23 JUN 1962)

Miss Patricia Siudak, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Siudak, Lublin, became the bride of Ronald Brunett, son of Mrs. Leona Brunett on Saturday, June 23, 1962 at St. Stanislaus Church, Lublin. Rev. Edward Cyz performed the ten a.m. double ring ceremony.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor length bridal gown of Chantilly lace styled with a scalloped Sabrina neckline trimmed with sequins and pearls, long sleeves, and basque waist. The full hoop skirt was fashioned with a short scalloped lace overskirt and completed with layers of lace appliques on tulle over taffeta. An imported fingertip length French illusion veil was secured to a tiara of pearl and aurora borealis crystal. Her cascade bouquet of red roses was accented with a white ribbon.

Miss Lorrain Swanek, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Elaine Losiewicz and Carolyn Doege, friends of the bride. Susan Gajda, cousin of the bride, was flower girl. They wore street length dresses of silk organza with scoop neckline and a draped bodice in pink, blue, yellow and white respectively.

The full skirt was completed by a satin cummerbund with small bows in back. Matching crown trimmed with crystal and having face veils were their headpieces. Cascade bouquets of carnations in their respective color were carried by each. The flower girl carried a bouquet, miniature like the bride.

Best men were Francis Brunett, brother of the groom. Chester Siudak, brother of the bride, and Robert Butterfield, friend of the groom. Ushers were Edward Brunett, brother of the groom, and Frank Siudak, Jr., brother of the bride.

A breakfast and reception were held at St. Stanislaus parish hall.

The bride is a graduate of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) High School and Taylor County Teachers College.

The bride’s mother attended the wedding wearing a beige satin broached dress with beige accessories. She also had a corsage of white carnations. The groom’s mother wore a dress of blue lace over satin. She wore blue accessories with a corsage of white carnations.

After a short wedding trip to northern Wisconsin, the couple will make their home in Thorp where the groom is employed at Lyman Lumber Co.
