A.F. Dankemyer and family autoed to Lynn Sunday evening to call on relatives and friends.

Chas. Mundt found a valuable dog Sunday. For further particulars inquire at Charles’ office.

Mr. and Mrs. Wellie Davis called on Walter Drake’s folks Sunday.

The ice cream sociable announced in last week’s items will be held at School District No. 4, town of Fremont, on Wednesday May 23. Everybody is invited.

We hear that Able Harding has sold his farm to Ernest Hankey of Lynn. All right Ernest, we are ready to welcome you.

For a good driver see Tony Hornick Jr. He drives with a jerk line. Tony is good on foot also.

Jennie Eibergen came home last week from J. Griffin’s in the town of Sherman where she has been at work for some time past.

Small grain is all seeded in this neighborhood and now we are getting ready for corn and potato planting.

The Farmer’s Cooperative Cheese Co. expects their new cream separator most any time.

Chas. Lee says he is going to buy a medicine gun and clean up some of those writing items.

The fishing party that went to Black River did not even get a bit. Al says he saved a Ford car from taking a soaking in the river.

We never miss the water until the well runs dry, then call on Al Christensen. With a very short time of his work there will be plenty of water. So don’t be without a good well.

Flour still keeps coming up. But don’t work, Math. Jensen has sowed an acre of wheat. Math says he has a fortune growing.

The last day of school comes on May 25th in District No. 4, Fremont.
