Prindle, Edith (29 January 1878 - 16 March 1967)

Mrs. Edward (Edith) Prindle, 89, died last Thursday, in Black River Memorial Hospital.

She was born January 29, 1878, in Troy Center, and for many years she and her husband farmed in the Avon area, south of Merrillan. The last few years they had lived at the Jackson Home in Black River Falls.

Survivors are: her husband; two sons, Wilmer Minett of Whitewater and Harold Minett of Citrus Heights, Calif.; a daughter, Zyle Minett of Whitewater; three step-sons, Hoard and Merle Prindle of Alma Center and Lyle Prindle of Humbird; two sisters, Mrs. Alta Peterson of California and Mrs. Ella Tucker of Eagle.

Services were held Saturday in Hixton. The Rev. Calvin Carey officiated. Burial was made in the United Brethren Cemetery at Richland Center.
