Squires, Glen L. (25 MAY 1913 - 9 APR 1917)

Glen Lyle Squires, the invalid child of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Squires, after a 3 day illness with pneumonia, passed quietly away Monday at the home of his maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. John Machel on Route 2, where he and his mother have been making their home since the death of his baby brother at Wausau last spring. Glen Lyle Squires was born in Marshfield May 25th, 1913. The first child of Bert and Beth Squires, a little crippled invalid who never walked or moved about alone. The funeral was held from the Cannonville Church Wednesday morning, Rev. Trowbridge of Marshfield officiating, and burial was made in the Windfall Cemetery. The pallbearers were four of their young neighbor girls, Nellie and Opal Furgeson, Mable Johnson and Mollie Kissling. The little one is survived by his parents only.
