Washburn (10 February 1966)

 

Mrs. Ralph Short will entertain the Washburn Homemakers club today (Thursday) with dinner served at noon. After the business meeting, Mrs. Irving Stevens and Mrs. Donald Hoover will present the project on "House Plants." Anyone who wishes may bring Valentines to exchange with secret pals or friends.

 

Mrs. Ralph Short will entertain the Cannonville Ladies Aid February 17, with dinner served at noon. Anyone who wishes to attend is welcome.

 

Mr. and Mrs. George Reinart and family of Tomah were dinner guests Sunday at the Clarence Reinart home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Casper Deiter and Mr. and Mrs. Christ Feutz were in Marshfield last week Thursday.

 

Mrs. Elmer Kapfer attended the Ladies Aid Meeting at the Granton Methodist Church last Thursday. 

 

Mrs. Herman Qualley spent Sunday with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Qualley.

 

Debbie Urban was a Sunday dinner guest of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Irving Stevens.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Havlicek and daughter were supper guests Sunday of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Havlicek, Sr.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Short called Sunday at the George Allbaugh home.

 

Mr. George Reinart and family of Tomah, Mrs. Clarence Reinart and Herman Dahnert, called Sunday at the John Reinart home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Qualley called Saturday at the Elmer Kapfer home.

 

Kenneth Short visited his mother, Mrs. Frank Short, Saturday.

 

Mrs. Stanley Kosmoski and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Short called at the Mrs. Art Odell Home Friday.

 

Several from this vicinity visited Bruce Mound Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. William Poler, Mr. and Mrs. Al Mashin and Mr. and Mrs. DeWayne Mashin and son were supper guests Monday at the Oliver Williams home.

 

Lloyd Poler of Granton visited Tuesday evening at the Oliver Williams home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Christ Feutz visited Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hamilton of Sherwood Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Urban and Brenda drove to Independence Sunday, where they attended an ice fishing contest.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Williams and Marvin, and Mrs. DeWayne Mashin and son, were dinner guests Sunday at the William Poler home.
