Ondal, Salome G. (23 Feb 1904 – 17 Feb 1973)

Funeral services for Salome Gladys Ondal, 68, who died Saturday at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chippewa Falls, were held Monday at Plombon Funeral Home in Stanley. Burial was in Butlerville Cemetery (Butler Township, Clark Co.)

Salome Winterer was born February 23, 1904 in Bloom City, Wisconsin, and married Ingvald Ondal November 15, 1933, in Stanley. They farmed in the Butlerville area until moving to Stanley. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and Women’s Society.

Survivors include two sons, Arthur Madison, Robert, Stanley; a granddaughter, and an aunt, Mrs. Elizabeth Drinkwater.
