Funeral services for Victor Johnson, 64, route 1, Loyal, who died at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, at 5:45 p.m. Sunday will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Myre Funeral Home. Mr. Johnson had been ill for some time preceding his death. The Rev. Lee Holmes will officiate at the services and burial will be made in the Loyal cemetery. The body will repose at the Myre Funeral Home until the services. Mr. Johnson was born May 10, 1886, in Finland. He was married to Hilda Anderson in 1915 and had lived on a farm in the Town of Beaver, Clark County, since that time. His wife preceded him in death in 1932. Coming to the United States with his mother at the age of 16, Mr. Johnson had been a resident of the Loyal vicinity ever since.

 

Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Henry Smith, Loyal Mrs. Theodore (Hilda) Hill, Dixon, IL. and Mrs. Nick (Selma) Bauer, Fond du Lac. Three sisters and three brothers preceded him in death.
