Allar, Frank J. (1900 - 1978)


Mr. Frank J. Allar, 78, Route 2, box 151, Spencer, died at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, on July 6, 1978 at 3:15 a.m. Funeral services were held at the Rux Funeral Home, Spencer, on Saturday, July 8, 1978 at 10:00 a.m., with the Rev. J. J. Burggraf officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery, Colby.


Mr. Allar was born on March 10, 1900 in Colby, Wis. He married Florence Little on Sept. 3, 1923 in Milwaukee. They farmed in the Unity area for 15 years and in 1947 moved to Route 2, Spencer.


Surviving are his wife, Florence, three sons, Eugene J. Allar, Unity; Gerald Allar, Milwaukee; and David Allar, Marshfield; two daughters, Mrs. Leonard Ehrnstom (Shirley), Lake Bronson, Minn.; and Mrs. Jerry Hahn (Sandra), West Bend, Wis.; 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son and two brothers.


Pallbearers were Tony Sterziner, Sylvester Sterzinger, Herbert Sterziner, Charles Jieinsky, Siegert Krasselt and Carl Infeldt.
