Horswill, Nellie (1913 - 1991)

Nellie Horswill, 77, Palm Beach, Fla., died Monday, Jan. 21, 1991, at Hospice of Palm Beach County, Palm Beach, Fla. A memorial service was held Sunday, Jan. 27, 1991, at Gesche Funeral Home, Inc., Neillsville, at 1 p.m. Rev. Thomas LaChapelle officiated. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Nellie Hogan was born Jan. 25, 1913, in Cleveland, Ga., to James and Dora (nee Jordan) Hogan. She married Halbert Horswill March 20, 1933, in Neillsville. He preceded her in death in 1974. They owned and operated the Horswill Cafe in Neillsville for 23 years.
Survivors include one son, James Horswill, Mosinee one sister, Lois Parrett, Granton seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
