Meinholdt, Rudolph E. (1898 - 1969)


GREENWOOD, CLARK COUNTY Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Immanuel United Church of Christ for Rudolph E. Meinholdt, 70, Greenwood, who died at 7:15 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, 1969, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, after a lingering illness.


The Rev. David Logue, pastor, will officiate and burial will be made in the West Side Cemetery. Visitations may be made at the Hill Funeral Home until 11 a.m. Wednesday, and then at the church.


Mr. Meinholdt was born Dec. 28, 1898, in the Town of Eaton, and had lived in the Greenwood area most of his life. He had never married.


Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Olga Reineking, Greenwood Mrs. Hans (Alma) Kolpanen, Milwaukee and five brothers, Arthur Meinholdt, Merrillan August Meinholdt, Independence, Mo. Louis Meinholdt, Neillsville and Oscar and Edward Meinholdt, both of Greenwood.


He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
