GREENWOOD, CLARK COUNTY--Mrs. Edwin Hohl, 80, Greenwood, died of a heart condition at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 1967, in the Memorial Hospital at Neillsville, where she had been a patient since Saturday.


Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion United Church of Christ, with the Rev. David Logue officiating. Burial will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.


The body will repose at the Hill Funeral Home from Friday afternoon until 11 a.m. Saturday, and then at the church.


The former Katharine Sonderegger was born in Berneck, Switzerland, and married in Woltzenhausen, Switzerland on May 4, 1908, to Edwin Hohl.


The couple came to the United States in March 1911, and lived in southern Wisconsin for three years before coming to Greenwood. They purchased a farm east of Greenwood, on which they lived until their retirement in 1954. Since then they had made their home in the city of Greenwood.


Mrs. Hohl was a member of Zion United Church of Christ, its Women's Guild, and the Forest Queen Royal Neighbors Camp.


In addition to her husband, survivors are two sons, Fred and Walter Hohl, a daughter, Mrs. Anita Miller, all of Greenwood five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
