LINNEA ANDERSON


Mrs. Alfred (Linnea) Anderson, 71, of 607 North Second St., Abbotsford, passed away at 10:10 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 19, 1977 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.


Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 22 at First Presbyterian Church in Abbotsford, with the Rev. Robert Everhard officiating. Burial followed in the Abbotsford Cemetery.


Linnea Johnson was born in Kenosha on Aug. 6, 1906 and received her education in Kenosha schools.


She moved to the Loyal area in 1923 and married Alfred Anderson on April 5, 1927 in Loyal. They farmed in the Town of Beaver until 1959, when they moved to Abbotsford.


She was employed as a custodian at First Presbyterian Church, where she was a member.


Surviving her are her husband, Alfred one son, Bernard of Owen one daughter, Mrs. Ronald (Lois) Richardson of Sherman, Texas two brothers, Walter Johnson of Neillsville and Russell Johnson of Loyal 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.


She was preceded in death by one brother.
