GREENWOOD MAN, 40, DIES MONDAY NIGHT
ARTHUR HENDRICKSON WILL BE BURIED AT SERVICES THURSDAY


Greenwood--Arthur Hendrickson, 40, who lived in the Town of Beaver, Clark County, 3 miles northeast of Greenwood, died Monday morning, Jan. 4, 1942 in the State Hospital at Mendota, where he was taken about a year ago.


Funeral services will be held at the Stabnow Funeral Home, where the body is lying in state, Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery. The body was brought to Greenwood this morning.


Mr. Hendrickson, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Hendrickson, was born in the Town of Unity Oct. 13, 1901, and married Miss Ila Salzwedel in the Lutheran Parsonage at Loyal April 13, 1921. He spent most of his life as a farmer in the Town of Beaver.


Surviving are his parents of Hibbing, Minn., his widow, four sons, Orville, Rodney, Archie, and Henry, and two daughters, Opal and Arlene, all at home.
