BUSHMAN SERVICE IS HELD AT GREENWOOD
FATHER NOVAK READS MASS FOR RESIDENT OF LOYAL


Greenwood Funeral services were held Monday Morning at 9:30 o'clock at St. Mary's Catholic Church at Greenwood for John Bushman, 55, Route 2, Loyal, Clark County, who died at 9:15 a.m. Friday, Feb. 13, 1948, at his home. A heart attack caused his death.


The Rev. J. J. Novak officiated at the Requiem High Mass and burial was made in the Parish Cemetery.


Pallbearers were Robert, James, Frank, Carl and Lawrence Lindner and Hubert Schmitz, all nephews of Mr. Bushman.


Mr. Bushman was born at School Hill Feb. 28, 1892, received his education there, and was married Jan. 9, 1917 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenwood to Mary Lindner. He was a resident of Loyal the past 30 years and was a member of the Holy Name Society.


Surviving besides his wife are three sons and a daughter, Arthur and Aloysius Bushman, both of Greenwood, and Donald and Virginia Bushman, both at home three grandchildren and eight brothers and sisters, Alvin Bushman, St. Louis, Mo. Miss Anna Bushman, San Francisco, Calif. Mrs. Katherine Stegbauer, Milwaukee Miss Olive Bushman, San Francisco, Calif. Joseph Bushman, Milwaukee Mrs. Hilda Defani, St. Louis, Mo. Mrs. Elizabeth Drexler, Marshfield and Mrs. Celia Below, Milwaukee.
