JOSEPH STAMCAR PASSES AWAY


Joseph Stamcar passed away at his home two miles northwest of Willard in the Town of Hendren, Clark County on Monday Feb. 3, 1941 at 12:15 a.m. He has been in poor health for a long time and has been confined to his bed for the past two months.


Mr. Stamcar was born in Yugoslavia on March 19, 1870 and has resided in the Town of Hendren for the past 27 years. Before coming here he resided in Milwaukee and California. He had reached the age of 70 years, 10 months and 14 days.


Funeral services will be held at the Holy Family church at Willard at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, 1941, with Rev. Father Marcellus Marinshek officiating.


Mr. Stamcar is survived by his wife, three sons, Joe of Sheboygan Tony and John at home three daughters, Rose and Mary, Sheboygan and Anna at home a brother and sister in Sheboygan.


The pallbearers are Mike Artac, Louis Lausche, Joe Bukovec, Frank Kokaly, John Gregorich, John Brezic.
