GREENWOOD FARMER DIES WEDNESDAY


GREENWOOD Odin Ystad
, 71, Greenwood, Clark County farmer, died o pneumonia at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning, June 9, 1937, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hecker, located 4 miles east of the city. Mr. Ystad had been in ill health all winter, and his condition became serious and developed into pneumonia about a week ago.


Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at Schiller's Funeral Home, and at 2 o'clock from the Trondjhem Lutheran Church. The Rev. M. K. Aaberg will officiate, and burial will take place in the Greenwood Cemetery.


Mr. Ystad was born in Norway on Feb. 18, 1866, and came to this country when he was a young man, locating in Greenwood. He was unmarried, and made his home with Mr. and Mrs. Hacker. Mrs. Hacker was his niece. One brother, Hans Ystad, Greenwood, and one sister, Mrs. John Wisth, Milwaukee, and several nieces and nephew survive him.
