GEORGE MALNAR PASSES AWAY


George Malnar
passed away at his farm home near Willard, Friday, Jan. 31, 1936.


Mr. Malnar was born in Croatia, Yugoslavia on April 15, 1871. He was married on Aug. 11, 1897 to Mary Marlnar. The couple has made their home in Willard for the past 16 years.


Organization of the Croatian society in Willard, Mr. Malnar founded Lodge No. 665, Croatian Fraternal Untion of America. For many years he was employed as a miner and farmer and was a member of several lodges and miners organizations.


Funeral services were held from the home Monday afternoon and the body was laid to rest in the S.N.P.J. Cemetery at Willard.


He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Goldie, Mrs. Jack Knauz, West Allis and three sons, Matt Malnar, Chicago, John and Emil at home and four grandchildren.
