LUDWIG KOSCHAK
 

Ludwig B. Koschak, 74, Orange Park, Fla., died Saturday, Oct. 3, 1992, in Gainsville. Funeral services were held at St. Catherine's Catholic Church. Burial was in Jacksonville Memory Gardens. Ludwig B. Koschak was born in Aug. 1918, in Willard, Clark County, to Louis and Johanna Koschak.


He received his education in the Willard and Greenwood area schools. He had 20 years of active military service, serving as a Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy. During WW II, he was a survivor of the Battle of Midway, while serving on the USS Yorktown. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve 91, the Disabled Veterans Chapter 38, and the American Legion Post 137. He was a member of St. Catherine's Catholic Church, Orange Park, Fla.


He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Josephine V. Koschak one son, James L. Koschak, Jacksonville, Fla. two daughters, Joann and Janet three brothers, five sisters and four grandchildren.


In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of North Florida, 1 San Jose Place, Jacksonville, Fla. 32254.
