Theresa Margaret Fifer, 60, Greenwood, WI, Town of Reseburg, died Monday, March 1, 1999 at Victory Medical Center, Stanley.

Theresa was born in Thorp, WI on May 17, 1938, the daughter of Frank and Veronica (Platt) Bielecki. She grew up in Thorp and attended Thorp area school. She was united in marriage to William Fifer on October 6, 1956 in Stanley, WI. They lived and farmed in the Town of Colburn, Chippewa County until 1972 when they moved to the Town of Reseburg where they have lived since. Theresa worked for Oakbrook Manor Nursing Home for over 20 years.

She is survived by her husband William of Thorp, WI four daughters: Debra Fifer of Thorp, Dorene Fifer of Marshfield, WI, Kathy (Michael) Campbell of Ohio, Karen Fifer of Auburndale, WI two sons: William Jr. of Withee, WI, Wayne of Greenwood, WI 3 grandchildren three brothers: George (Marian) Bielecki and Tony (Judy) Bielecki both of Stanley, WI, William (Linda) Bielecki of Thorp, WI and one sister Rose Rice of Wyoming. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 4, 1999, 11:00 a.m. at Plombon Funeral Home, Stanley, WI. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Stanley.
