Haslett, Anna L. (15 JANUARY 1914)

Last Wednesday evening O.E. Counsell and Miss Anna L. Haslett were united in marriage at the groom’s home on the Ridge.  The ceremony was performed by Justice of the Peace Arlo Huckstead.  The contracting parties are two highly esteemed residents of the Ridge and have the friendship and confidence of all who know them.  Gene is a genial and whole souled farmer who has made a success of his vocation by industry and advanced methods and is a general favorite among all his friends.  His wife is a lady of charming personality which is combined with a disposition which has endeared her in the hearts of all her acquaintances.
