Rev. Reiff of this place, Rev. Kemens of Loyal and Rev. Viergutz of Nasonville will go to Lebanon on Monday to attend a church conference.

Harry Graylitz and Miss Renatta Witte autoed down from Wausau and visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Witte, Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Garbisch and little daughter Anita are home from Eau Claire since Saturday. Paul and little daughter, who were hospital patients there, are mending nicely.

Mrs. Joe Krause, a patient at the Eau Claire hospital is mending nicely although it will be several weeks yet before she may be expected home.

Mrs. R.C. Norman and baby went home to Wrightsville Monday, accompanied by Miss Martha Sternitzky, who will make an extended stay with them.

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Roehl and their three children, with hsi mother Mrs. Carl Roehl, spent Wednesday with relatives and old friends at the county seat.

Walter Krause, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Braatz, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Braatz and Richard Braatz autoed to Marshfield Sunday and spent the day with friends at the Wood County Asylum.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Schlinsog, who are vacating her old home, the late Mrs. Augusta Riedel's residence, will move onto his father's farm, the old Dave Konshak place, early next month.

Mrs. Robert Gotter and baby Laverne, after a visit at Henry De Karske's near Marshfield, came Sunday and visited at Phillip Breseman's until Tuesday when they went to Rozellville.

Mr. and Mrs. L.E. Schnare, former Grantonites, arrived here by auto from Glendive, Mont. late last week and spent several days with the Homer Downer family.

Arnold Ross has bought the home on the east side which belonged to the late Mrs. Augusta Riedel, and rumor has it that this bachelor means to take up residence there late next month.

Messrs. Lawrence and Mike O'Riley of Mineral Point spent the first of the week here with Dr. and Mrs. G.F. Murphy and continued on home Tuesday. They are uncles of Mrs. Murphy's.

Mrs. Dan Rausch, Mrs. Peter Gilson and little daughter, Mrs. Pete Stallman and Mrs. Chas. Neinas autoed to Greenwood Tuesday and spent the day with Mrs. Chas. Pickruhn.

Lamont and Douglas MacBride, Frederick Pietenpol, the Misses Mable Williams, Elva Rose and Clara Lawson are among the young folk of this village and vicinity attending high school at Neillsville this years.

Mert Palmer ahs his Ford auto stolen from in front of Radke's Hardware Store in Neillsville last Saturday night and offers a reward of $100 for the arrest and conviction of the thief.

Mr. and Mrs. Ruel Stevens and son Stanley, Mrs. M. Stevens, Mrs. Stevens and son Ross and Miss Esther Welsh, all of Spokeville and Veefkind, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. L. Stevens here.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Cornelius of Sheboygan came Tuesday for a visit with relatives here in the Reichert Brothers home. Mr. Cornelius only remained until Wednesday while Mrs. Cornelius is here for the balance of the week.

Mr. and Mrs. H.F. Knorr autoed up from Kiel, Wis., last Friday on a several days visit with hsi brother A.J. and family. They left Monday for Cutiss to spend some time with her mother who resides here.

Mr. Perry Benedict of York will be a village resident soon, having sold out his farm interest, he bought on Wednesday the residence on the east side of town which Frank Davis had for sale.

John Windfeldt and family, with her mother Mrs. Wisbroecker, all of Marshfield, autoed over Tuesday on a visit to relatives in the James Sternitzky family in Lynn. Mrs. Wisbroecker went home by train Wednesday, although the others remained for a more extended visit.
