London, Sabrina (19 September 1959 - 15 October 2012)

Sabrina London, age 53, of Thorp, died Monday afternoon, October 15, 20112, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 27, 2012, at Garfield Waters Funeral Home in Chicago, IL. There was also a memorial service held at Abundant Life Pentecostal Church in Thorp, WI, on Saturday, November 3, 2012. Pastor John Sindler officiated at the service.

Sabrina was born in Chicago, IL, on September 19, 1959, to L. C. and Annie London. She attended William H. Brown Elementary, and Crane High School on the west side of Chicago. She pursued a career in business management at Central Y. M. C. A. College. Sabrina then moved to Wisconsin to work.

Sabrina worked at several places while living in Wisconsin, but the most recent were Stanley Travel Stop, in Stanley; Wisconsin Bench, Thorp; and Thorp SuperValu.

Sabrina was an outgoing, fun-loving person. She had many interests, but her greatest joy was being around her family and friends, and learning more about the Bible. Sabrina enjoyed Bible studies and loved reading about the new birth experience. The last couple years were her greatest challenge, as she battled leukemia. Although Sabrina never complained about her illness, she knew God had everything in control, and she was trusting in His loving arms to see her through.

She will be dearly missed by her sons: Corey and Cassidy London; her parents: L. C. and Annie London; siblings: Helen Cox, Edward Ratcliff, Barbara Dangerfield, Shirley London, L. C. Jr., and Gregory London, all from Chicago, IL; 10 grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.

Sabrina was preceded in death by her son, Christopher London; brothers: Hugh Collins, Clarence London, and Larry London.
