Delores Laura Wolf and David John Kautzer, both of Loyal, were married Saturday, May 12, 1962 in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church by the Rev. Norbert E. King. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wolf and Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Kautzer.

For her wedding the bride chose a gown with tiers of nylon tulle over net and taffeta, styled with a scalloped Sabrina neckline trimmed with sequin and pearls. Her crown of pearls held a fingertip veil and she carried red roses and lilies of the valley.

Attending the bride were Mrs. Kenneth Marvin of Loyal, a sister of the bride, as matron of honor, and Mrs. Marlon Schmitz of Granton, another sister, as bridesmaid. They wore gowns of green appliqued nylon over net and taffeta in a street length. They held cascade bouquets of yellow and white daisies.

Best man was Kenneth Marvin, the bride’s brother-in-law of Loyal, and groomsman was also a brother-in-law, Marlon Schmidt of Granton. Ushering duties were performed by Norman Wolf and Marlin Gardner.

The bride’s mother was seen in an embroidered beige sheath dress with mint green accessories and the groom’s mother wore a royal blue brocaded sheath dress with white accessories.

A dinner for the immediate family followed by a reception, was held at K Corners. A buffet supper was also served there. Music was furnished by Nighthawks.

Both the newlyweds attended St. Anthony’s Grade School and graduated from the Loyal High School. The groom is an electrician at Rollohome in Marshfield where they will make their new home.
