The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Ure has been sick for several days and under the doctor’s care.

Miss Rose Yankee visited friends in Neillsville last week.

Mr. and Mrs. E.L. McNutt and daughter Martha of Tomah visited the R.T. Washburn family from Friday until Monday.

John Martin and family autoed to Marshfield on Tuesday.

Miss Hazel Washburn left Wednesday to visit friends in Dexterville and Pittsville.

Mrs. John Lenhardt and children and Mrs. K. McInnis spent several days at Marshfield last week.

Paul Polz left this week for Marshfield on a several days business trip.

R.T. Washburn and family, accompanied by their guests from Tomah, autoed to Spencer Sunday and visited relatives.

A large crowd from here attended the fair at Marshfield last week.

The death of Mrs. Hollenbach is deeply regretted by this vicinity. She leaves a large family and many friends to mourn her loss. Relatives and friends from away who were here and friends from away who were her to attend the funeral were Mrs. Lanzimmer and daughter Ruth of Eau Claire, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hollenbach, Mr. and Mrs. John Hollenbach of Almond, Mrs. Pete Hollenbach and daughter Clara of Minneapolis, Mrs. Dan Sullivan of Phillips, Mrs. William Nusler of Milwaukee, Bill Reharnts and Fred and Edna Shultz of Milwaukee, and Miss Martha Berger of Milwaukee. Obituary of the deceased will be found elsewhere in this paper. The family has the deep sympathy of all.

Mrs. Robert Sternitzky and children of Rothschild are visiting the Henry Sternitzky family.

Mrs. R.C. Norman and Miss Martha Sternitzky autoed to Nevins Tuesday and spent the day with Mrs. Gall.
