A little warner, but not enough to brag about.

The bad weather doesn’t seem to have any effect on Mr. Stork.  He came sailing around last week and left a bit of humanity at the Fred Hafft home.

Mr. and Mrs. Dobes are both sick with the grippe.  Neil Kidd is doing their chores at present.

Grandma Martin continues very sick.  Her son Seth Martin and wife arrived here last Friday from Pittsburgh to assist in caring for her.

Fred Pizer and August Zuehlsdorf are busy hauling sand for their new barns.

Norma Spry is assisting Mrs. Fred Pizer with her household duties this week.

Walter Drake had a phone put in this week.  Now he will know what his neighbors are doing.

Mr. and Mrs. John Patno and Mrs. C.W. Ferrell took dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Clouse last Wednesday.

Harvey Spry went back to Milwaukee to work.

Miss Mollie Kidd is at Chili this week visiting friends.

Miss Vera Pietenpol quit work at Pizer’s last week and went home to take care of the grippe.

John Patno and Walter Drake are putting up ice.

Rev. Trautman of Marshfield called on Patno’s Tuesday afternoon.

George Allbaugh and Miss Ruth Carter took a merry ride last Friday and back Sunday.  Now what do you suppose will be next?

Lots of snow and more coming.
