Mikolainis, Kathleen (27 FEB 1960)

 

In a ceremony performed by the Rev. Jay Arnold Miller on Saturday, Feb. 27th, 1960, Kathleen Mikolainis became the bride of Merle Polivka.

 

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gedmon Mikolainis and the groom is the son of Mrs. Catherine Polivka of Sheldon.

 

The bride wore a ballerina length gown of white nylon lace and net over taffeta.  A crown trimmed with pearls and sequins held her veil.  Her bouquet consisted of an orchid and lily of the valley.

 

Miss Shirley Rose of Milwaukee attended the bride and Hilmer Eckstrom, friend of the groom, served as best man. 

 

The ceremony was followed by a dinner at the Wink Inn where the bride and groom greeted about fifty guests.

 

The bride is a graduate of Thorp High School and the groom is a graduate of Gilman High School and is now employed at the American Can Co., in Milwaukee where they will make their home.
