Tisdale, Albert D. (22 OCT 1904 - 13 MAR 1962)

 

At 2:00 o’clock tomorrow afternoon, Friday, March 16, funeral services will be held at the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home for Albert David "Pinky" Tisdale.  Rev. James Stone of the Alliance Church, Owen, will read the final rites with burial to be made at Riverside Cemetery.

 

Serving as pallbearers will be L.H. Munson, Harold Hodnett, Henry Hodnett, Leo Stewart, Walter Emmerson and Donald Rusch.

 

"Pinky" has been in extremely poor health for the past several months and had been a resident of the Havenet Nursing Home.  Several weeks ago he suffered a stroke and was later transferred to St. Joseph’s Hospital at Marshfield, where he passed away Tuesday afternoon.

 

He was 57 years of age, being born Oct. 22, 1904 in the Town of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis.).  He spent most of his life farming, living near Wolters Corners until 1955 when he moved into the village of Withee.  He never married.

 

His passing is mourned by his mother, Mrs. Clara Tisdale, Withee; two brothers, Henry, Greenwood, and Glenn, Eau Claire; and five sisters, Mrs. Delia Cerne, Withee, Mrs. Helen Lybeck, Milwaukee, Mrs. Leora Schultz, Glencoe, Ill., Mrs. Ruby Price, Chicago, Ill., and Mrs. Freda Antwerp, Arlington, Texas.
