Lynn (18 August 1911)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Hartson of Greenwood were visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Brooks Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Tremelling of Heathville spent Sunday with John Altenburg’s.

 

Miss Kida Helm gave a large party last Thursday in honor of her birthday.

 

Miss Ruby Martin spent several days last week with Miss Edna Klopf at Neillsville assisting the latter with her sewing.

 

John and Ed Breseman transacted business at Marshfield Monday.

 

Miss Elsie Riedel of Nasonville visited her cousins Ruby and Gertrude Martin the latter part of last week.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bullard and Mrs. Taplin of Rib Lake were guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. Montag the forepart of the week.

 

Miss Anna Hankey left for Chicago Tuesday where she will resume her duties as nurse.  Little Walter Liebenstein who has been staying with her for some time returned with Miss Hankey.

 

Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Washburn autoed to Millston Saturday, returning Sunday, their daughter Hazel coming home with them after a month’s visit at that place with her grandparents.

 

The Misses Laura and Elsie Neitzel and Susie Sternitzky called on Martha Nitschke, Monday.

 

Quite a few from here attended the circus at Neillsville Friday.

 

Mrs. Levi Larson of Clintonville is here visiting her uncle John Martin.

 

James Ure came out from Neillsville to attend the dance at Lynn Saturday night.

 

Max Opelt and family after attending the ball game at Granton Sunday visited H. B. Holmes.

 

Miss Addie Angel of Lindsey visited at Addie Breseman’s Monday.
