Cattanach, Eileen Rae #2 (4 APR 1959)

The Rev. H.L. Crubel officiated at the wedding Saturday morning, April 4, 1959, of Miss Eileen Rae Cattanach and Chester Jacob Przybylski in Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Owen.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Bert C. Cattanach of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), and Mr. and Mrs. Anton Przybylski, Thorp (Clark Co.).

The children’s choir of Holy Rosary School furnished the music.

As the bride approached the altar with her father, she wore a waltz length dress of white crystalette styled by cap sleeves, scoop neckline and a cummerbund.  She carried a bouquet of pink roses and white carnations and her fingertip veil fell from a crown of seed pearls.

Miss Mary Cattanach of Owen was maid of honor.  She wore a waltz length Nile green dress of embroidered nylon net with cap sleeves and a Sabrina neckline.  Her flowers were white daisies and carnations.

Richard Cattanach of Owen was best man and ushers were Donald Zukowski of Thorp and James Lament of Abbotsford.

Following the ceremony a breakfast was served at the Woodland Hotel and a dinner at the Legion Hall in Owen.  A dance was held in the evening at the Legion Hall in Thorp.

The bride attended Owen school and the groom Thorp schools.  Mrs. Przybylski has been employed by the Thorp Finance Corp., and Mr. Przybylski is a cheesemaker.

The couple will make their home on a farm southeast of Thorp.
