Ed Hartel of Lindsey transacted business here Wednesday.

 

John Martin and daughter, and Miss Vera Schierholz were Neillsville callers Saturday.

 

Wm. Simpson, who had been section foreman on the road for the last five years, resigned his position and has accepted a position on an eastern road in Indiana and will move his family there this month.

 

Mrs. A. Sternitzky gave a quilting bee to a number of her friends on Tuesday.

 

Mrs. F.A. Downing left on Wednesday for Atlanta, Wis.

 

Mrs. Ray Ure entertained a number of her friends at a dinner.

 

Max Opelt, accompanied by his father Carl Opelt, transacted business at Neillsville Friday.
