Jordan, Nadine Caroline (Marriage - 8 June 1963)

Nuptial vows were exchanged June 8 in a double ring ceremony by Miss Nadine Caroline Jordan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pat Jordan of Stanley, and Jonathan Michael Nobles of St. Paul, Minn., son of Mr. and Mrs. Merle Smart of Ortonville, Minn. The Rev. Edmund Cramer performed the nuptial ceremony in St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Stanley.

Mr. Jordan gave his daughter in marriage. She wore a full length gown of white lace over taffeta, styled with a square cut neckline and three-quarter length sleeves.  Her fingertip veil was attached to a rhinestone and pearl crown. She carried a white Bible topped with an orchid.

Miss Wanda Liazuk of Stanley was maid-of-honor.  Bridesmaids were Misses Evelyn Goldbeck of St. Paul, Minn., and Mary Kay Heiser of Stanley.  They wore mint green chiffon dresses, fashioned with overtop of green lace with matching accessories.  Flowered headpieces completed their attire.  Their flowers were pink carnations.

Brian Whitney of St. Paul was bestman, and groomsmen were Lannie Stewart of Withee and Gene Buergen of Milbank, S. D.  Ushers were Clancy Jordan of Stanley and James Boyer of Neillsville.

Seventy-five guests attended the reception at the home of Mrs. Emma Jordan in Stanley.

Mr. and Mrs. Nobles have returned from a wedding trip in northern Wisconsin and are residing at 1610 Ford Pkwy, St. Paul, Minn.
