Kissling, Mr. and Mrs. Ted (Silver - 8 June 1963)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kissling entertained around 60 relatives and friends Saturday evening at their home in honor of their 25th wedding anniversary. Those in attendance were: Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bentz and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wiseel, Woodstock, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Hetzel, Hilbert; Mr. and Mrs. Emil Dusak, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Klauer and family and Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Moon and family, Milwaukee; Mrs. Francis Touska, Plainfield.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kissling and Michael, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Turville, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Reinart, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Kissling and family, Mr. and Mrs. Thad Zajac, Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Anason, Elmer Kapfer, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Meddaugh and family, Mr. and Mrs. Art Kuechenmeister, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kuehn, Louie Paun, and Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Spiegel and family.

 

The couple was married in Neillsville June 8, 1938.  They have farmed all their married life in the Town of Washburn.  Mrs. Kissling has been employed as a nurse’s aid at Neillsville Memorial Hospital since the hospital started.

 

They have three sons, Eugene, recently of Michigan, Duane of Minneapolis, and Larry at home.

 

The honored couple was presented with gifts and money.
